brag below


i put my lil man to bed at 7pm last night and he got up at 730am! what a champ, hes back in bed now, a good chance for me to go get a few extra zzz's

i have nothing to do today except watch my eastenders tape mum taped for me last week...im not allowed to lift a finger around here or dame will tell me off, he is the best..he is keeping this house running and he even does ironing!!!! im sending him off tomorrow on a fishing charter, it was booked ages ago so he has to go, he is looking forward to it, fishing out on the ocean, he is going with my dad and a few other...so tomorrow its jack and mummy time its good to be home

getting over my belly problems slowly but i now have the flu, caught it from my germy kids, i really didnt need it, seeing surgeon tomorrow for my followup so i have lots to ask him as my belly is very tender but i think thats just the 6 inch cut healing i feel all bruised inside..

have a friend coming over today to see jack, yes not me! typical! everyone loves babies...

jack slept 12 hours last night 7pm to 7am im buying that kid an award! he is a champion sleeper! getting lots of smiles and giggles and cooing, he is 100% handsome

yesterday i had a good day, treated myself to some new clothes, size 12 which i cant believe! and its baggy, but a 10 was too small...so did that and got myself a choocy donut and vanila coke, im not allowed to eat healthy im told !
last night i saw the surgeon, belly is still very swollen, i have been worried as im in so much pain everyday and rolling over in bed etc, but he said its normal considering what he did and how bad my appendix were..plus the gall bladder, infection of the womb, having a baby and lack of nutrition so im.back in a month again to make sure im 100%..heres hoping to a healther 2005 for me...

good news: my lil man slept from 530pm to 6am! last bottle he had was at 430pm and skulled the bottle when he woke! then the little trooper went straight back to bed til 9!!!! what a champy ampy ony he is! and 100% handsome, and im sure he grew an inch overnight! im serious too, hes going to be tall!

spent the day shopping buying various treats for myself! yes im feeling better minx slowly! only had to stop twice for a rest at the shops today

quiet day in june for me, cant be bothered doing much, over done things yesterday and now my belly is hurting, it was a month yesterday since the op, so i thought i would be better, hopefully in a couple weeks time i will be fine, im going crazy there is so much i want to do, but will have to wait til im 100% better....

the tooth fairy is coming tonight, olivia lost a tooth, lauren is sleeping with one eye open, (gurls share a room) as she is scared of the fairy, took ages to calm her down, i said if the fairy wakes any kids she gets fired and looses her wings

i promised myself i would not eat chocolate today as i type i have a few pieces of old jamaca next to me.. ..i am eating all this junk and still havent put on any weight! a womans dream! but not mine right now i promised myself no choc as im getting terrible indegestion (feels like a heart attack) and i need to know whats causing it, more than likey os the chocolate

i slept like a baby last night, brought new sheets for winter they are polar fleece sheets! omg it is pure heaven!

off to do something more constructive while my lil man sleeps! hes had a rough morning, hes learnt to hold a rattle and now has learnt it hurts when you bang it into your head, poor lil man had real tears this morning

im off now to go watch big brother i taped it last night as we were out shopping, oooo then i have raymond! i am too easily amused

am putting off buying master jack a car seat, it means my baby is growing up too fast, the poor lad is hanging out the capsule, but being in a capsule makes him my tiny baby, now he will have to be a big car seat boy where has that 4 months gone...i feel ripped off by being a hospital for too long too and missing out on all that time with him, i am pissed off today and there were no crumpets left for brekky...

was up early and off with the girls for their karate grading, im one proud mum, my gurls kicked ass! they are now the proud owners of their one tip yellow belts
then off to the shops to buy my big boy his car seat *insert tears*, now i just have to keep puttting off installing it, as i type its sitting on the lounge!

and last night i had wok in the box again for dinner!

my wee lad, had his last bottle at 6pm in bed at 630pm woke at 5am for a plug (dummy) then 9 am for a bottle!!! 14 hours between feeds! hes such a champ and so mellow

im sure he grows an inch a night though thats the only downside! my boy is so tall!!

rubella is in the gurls school at the moment..

liv has a strange rash over torso, doc last night said she had slap face..im not sure, but rubella is only diagnosed with a blood test....

will let you know...waiting to see another doc

i took 3 kids to the shops today, im exhusted, physically and mentally can i have this, can i have that, im hungry, im thirsty repeated over and over again!!!!!

im spewing Lyelton missed out on winning the semi, i really thought this was his year..im tired from watching it all last night! bloody time difference....

i have kicked the kids outside for some peace, its cold but its not raining, nasty mum! but they have jumpers

oh and we had wokinthebox for tea

zane is going to get a smack if he keeps it up...

my baby monitor is picking up someone else monitor, very freaky! scared the *@^% out of me, but hey now i can have a bit of entertainment tonight, everyone is asleep, im staying up to see if zane behaves now

my lil man had his 4 month needles yesterday it was my first time seeing, last time i was in hospital, it was heartbreaking to watch, my poor bubs...bottom lip quivering, shaking, tears (and that was me )

and he was weighed and measured...he is basically off the chart! in the 97 % percentile! he is going to be a very tall boy, i looked at the girls baby books last night, and the height and weight of him now is what the girls were at 6 months!
so imagine jack in a few years time! he will be the kid smack bang in the middle of the school photo, at the back, being so tall he wont even have to stand on the plank!

just found out a close friend of mine has cancer...and it doesnt look good

i myself feel devastated i cannot imagine how she is even feeling..

i spoke to her last night, she sounds flat, but is being positive for her kids..

my head is muddled, so muddled i cant stop thinking about her and her family..

she has 4 young kids

i went to bed thinking about it, woke at 530 i had forgotten about it..then it hit me..it wasnt a dream..

im thinking positive things, then i think negative things, then i get angry at myself for thinking negative things..

how do i be a good friend right now...

what do i say..

my grandpa died a fast death of cancer, thats the only expericece i have had with this disease, granpda was old, his death shocked me, the cancer didnt shock me as much, hard to explain, but facing him dying i feared

i have learnt cancer doesnt care about age

she is only 33

my little man slept 15 hours again...great yes, but is driving me mad as every day i have to wash his bedding as he has slept that much the nappy cannot hold another drop! and his bed is soaked , i do the poke it down trick every night but to no avail!

last day of school today, then 2 weeks hoildays, hopefulyl can do things this time, last holiday i was sick with appendix problems then my stay in hospital so plan to have a good time with my gurls..

this baby monitor family is driving me around the twist...

as i sit here and type my little man sleeps..

he has been in bed since 530...havent heard a peep

so as i sit here, i hear a baby crying

i changed channels on my montior to stop hearing them, but they are on the channel i need, my monitor is hums on the other channel and is doing my head in, so i have no choice but to listen to their kids...

they had the radio on today! i dont even listen to that station...and god she cant sing!

i will hunt them down and make them change channels! it was mine first

found them yes, i didnt hunt their doorstep, not the type of family you would approach unless you had a patrol car as backup but i heard meatloaf playing on my monitor, so i went out the back and they had meatloaf on...i don’t know them, i wouldn’t tell them what was happening in case something sinister was going on

not much happening here, smack bang in the middle of the school holidays..have been sick for the whole lot, have lost my voice and now i sound like madge from neighbours...girls been back and froth to doctors, with virus's tonsilitus, largingitus, you name it.. my boy is awake and i need to hug him, my friend finds out tomorrow the results, straight to chemo we think the surgery is going to be too invasive as they have to break all her ribs otherwise to get to it...she is doing ok, worried sick about tomorrow though...

im tired this morning, jack has found his lungs and loves to sing and talk very loud from 5am!!!! not interested in a bottle at all, just wants to chat to himself, i fed him at 530 put him back to bed, he woke at 7 then i thumped dame and said your shift is starting, i was too tired to drag my arse outta bed!

jack has a play date today, better go clean up and make myself look respectable

went to the target toy sale today i got everything i was after, not long to xmas if you think about it, my shopping is all done so i can relax! just wish that fat man in the red suit was real would save me a hell of alot of money...

...hubby got a tattoo today…. it looks really good actually, he got the kids names and my name written in to it..very special will take a photo of it when i actually see him, he is busy working

..took the girls to hollywood today..they counted all their money 5cents and 10 cents and got 10 dollars each, we gave then 10 each so they had 20 to spend on what ever they liked

laure n got a bratz doll and olivia got a polly pocket set and I got a headache!

olivia was the best dancer at the stage show that was on went we got to hollywood!, got a showbag of goodies! One proud mumma! That girl can really groove!

Took the girls to subway for lunch

Had a really great day with them. I love my girls.

ah its 6am and i have indigestion really bad, feel like heart attack, doc gave me some pills, only had it since i had all my spare parts taken out.....oooooooow

jack is awake, playing in the lounge, as soon as the kids are off to school (830) im going back to bed! Hes still not himself though

and i got a smile from my boy and a yuckky nappy at 530 am what a charmer he is! always has a smile when his pants are off

dame taking the kids to the movies tonight, they are going to see maddgascar (sp) liv won free tickets in the last day of the school holidays (typical) so you can only go on a weeknight!

my sister now has the internet on too, im excited about sending emails to her and chatting

gotta run for now, jacks going to wake the girls up too early, in there screaming (in a good way) at his toys

Brought a new telly today! It’s a JVC widescreen flatscreen 76 cm tv, a flash one! And and got a digital box so we can watch digitial tv..

Got the girls a dvd player for their room..

New bbq as well as dame stuffed up the other one by cleaning it with oven cleaner!!

Paid bills!

Took jack to the doctors today, he wasn’t good, very flat and not drinking properly, he has a virus should be better within a few days..was told not to worry, he is picking up a bit now..

Paid for tv guy to come and hook up the tv properly.. the guy was putting all the cords to make the tv work , digital box work, foxtel work, xbox work and video to work...it was very complicated! We now have 5 remotes in the lounge!

technology is getting too hard

Cooked a roast pork for dinner, chatting to lisa on msn and I told her what was for dinner, so I invited her and the kids over, dame was at work, kids all behaved, feasted on stickydate pudding for sweets, a visit from mum and dad after the pudding was eaten, all the kids very excited to see grandma and puddy..

an oldie but a goodie

brought back alot of memories for me


TO ALL THE KIDS WHO SURVIVED the
1930's 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, and Early-ish 80's !!
First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they carried us.
They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a can, and didn't get tested for diabetes.
Then after that trauma, our baby cribs were covered with bright colored lead-based paints.
We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets, not to mention, the risks we took hitchhiking.
As children, we would ride in cars with no seat belts or air bags.
Riding in the back of a pick up on a warm day was always a special treat.
We drank water from the garden hose and NOT from a bottle.
We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and NO ONE actually died from this.
We ate cupcakes, white bread and real butter and drank soda pop with sugar in it, but we weren't overweight because
WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!
We would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were back when the streetlights came on.
No one was able to reach us all day. And we were O.K.
We would spend hours building our go-carts out of scraps and then ride down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. After running into the bushes a few times, we learned to solve the problem.
We did not have Playstations, Nintendo's, X-boxes, no video games at all, no 99 channels on cable, no video tape movies, no surround sound, no cell phones, no personal computers, no Internet or Internet chat rooms..........WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them!
We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no lawsuits from these accidents.
We ate worms and mud pies made from dirt, and the worms did not live in us forever.
We were given cowboy guns for our 10th birthdays, made up games with sticks and tennis balls and although we were told it would happen, we did not put out very many eyes.
We rode bikes or walked to a friend's house and knocked on the door or rang the bell, or just walked in and talked to them!
The town football club had tryout for the junior team and not everyone made the team. Those who didn't had to learn to deal with disappointment. Imagine that!!
The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law!
This generation has produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers and inventors ever!
The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas.
We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned
HOW TO DEAL WITH IT ALL!
And YOU are one of them! CONGRATULATIONS!
You might want to share this with others who have had the luck to grow up as kids, before the lawyers and the government regulated our lives for our own good.
And while you are at it, forward it to your kids so they will know how brave their parents were.
Kind of makes you want to run through the house with scissors, doesn't it?!

My friend she starts chemo on monday, intense will go for 4-5 hours and she will have this every 2 weeks for 8 cycles, then she gets assesed again... she has non hogkins lymphoma I hope it is all going to be ok..

can you believe i had no internet connection last night, the house was spotless, 3 kids plus hubby in bed i sat down with my cuppa tea and i had no connection!!!!!!! i was a mess i didnt know what to do with myself! i fumbled around the house for 10mins and tried again....no.....so i went to bed early!!!!!

as i sit here and type there is a parcel in my letter box, the parcel man didnt knock on my door today...wonder why?? ..maybe he is sick of me being in my pjs! not my fault he comes too early, so i will venture out soon when i get dressed and collect my package! im very excited!

tonight we had roast pork and sticky date pudding for desert, yes again!!!!!!!

the one thing i missed while i was sick was roast pork, very fatty meat, i remember when i had it before i knew i was sick, i thought i was going to die from the pain of it! now i cant get enough of it!

Had a family day today had a fab day out with lots of fresh air, it the first real family outing we have had since i have been better! last family trip we went on involved me complaining and nursing a bucket!

Girls had a great day, we went for a drive on the beach (moana beach) they were wetting themselves in laughter! Got some hot chips and headed to this cool playground, which I had a a turn on as well. Jack good all day this was his first real day trip!

Very windy though, opened the car door on the beach to get a rock for laure n and almost lost the door! Lol

we are all fine here,, poor lil jack is all snuffly the chemist wouldnt sell me demizin to help him as of a new study its a SIDS risk, and im not taking any chances..

the lil chubba isnt rolling! he did it once and didnt enjoy it one bit as he got the arm stuck and he hasnt tried it since! men! hes got 2 more weeks til hes six months and then i will start him on solids, i really wanted to wait til he as 6mths, hes not looking for any food and sleeping all night and is putting on the beef no problems just on his milk...

jack had his mate come over , i thought this was quite funny, his friend is 10 weeks older than him, his mum carries him in he was decked out in pumpkin patch and osh kosh clothes, and there is lil jack on the floor in his homemade skivvy (from grandma) and his fav tracky dacks with a broken hem! what a dag!!,

Jack had his first solids! i am sad in a way but mighty happy, kids sure do grow too fast, he dined on rice cereal! And sat in his highchair like a pro!

Grandma and puddy came to visit. Grandma has made jack some nancy rags( satin pieces just bigger than a mans hanky) he like the feel of the satin and take one to bed with his dummy and night light! A nancy at bedtime but during the day he is a little rough nut!

master jack has a tooth! its very spunky! I had no idea. Puddy found it tonight he got that with no problems at all, not once has been complained! What a champion he is..i hope all his teeth are that easy!
